Who we are

Blinka Tech Corp is a Delaware corporation. Blinka is a financial technology company, not a bank, credit union, or other chartered depository institution. Banking, card, and payment functionality is delivered through licensed and regulated partners, which are identified on the Partner Disclosures page. Banking services, including deposit accounts, are provided by Erebor Bank, N.A., Member FDIC. The Blinka Card is issued by Third National.

Effective dates and changes

Each document states its own last-updated date at the top. Where a document requires advance notice of material changes, that notice period is stated in the document itself. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy each provide for at least thirty (30) days’ notice of material changes. Note that the platform agreements and the card agreements are governed by different law: the Terms of Service by Delaware law, and the card agreements by the law of Puerto Rico. Where a dispute concerns the card, the card agreements control.
